Making Peaceful Changes is a conversation based podcast, with guests sharing their experiences and insights about how they handled different types of changes. Together we will explore how our human experience works from the inside-out and helps us make our desired changes and navigate life with more peace and less stress.
In this episode, I talked with Barbara Patterson in July 2020 about racism in the United States and her experience with become more aware and challenging it. Barbara is the owner of a global coaching and consulting company helping solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, & leaders access more clarity, creativity, have greater impact, and achieve higher levels of fulfillment in work and life. She is the founder of Beyond Limits in Business, a global platform and community designed to point people to the source of human potential that resides within us all and is experienced via our minds. Barbara is also the host of the Real Business Real Lives podcast. You can find her on Instagram @barb_p or at her website, barbarapatterson.com.
The intent of this first episode is to introduce the podcast and myself. Since this is a conversation based podcast, I asked my awesome family, my husband, Shaka, and our children, Zoya, Hanna, Joza, and Ina, to interview me for this first episode. In full disclosure, I wrote the questions for them to chose from, but I waited until recording our conversations to reflect and answer the questions. I want to thank YUNOME aka Pete Griffiths from The Mind Takeaway Podcast for the awesome music. You can find more of his music at https://soundcloud.com/themindtakeaway.
