What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you create meaningful change in your personal or professional life. It’s designed to support your personal growth, reduce stress, and improve how you show up in every area of your life - at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
How is coaching different from counseling?
While both are supportive, coaching and counseling serve different purposes. Counseling typically focuses on healing from the past and often addresses mental health diagnoses, trauma, and emotional pain. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you reduce stress, gain perspective, and take empowered action toward your goals. Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
Do I have to be an educator to work with you?
Not at all. While I am an educator, I work with people from many walks of life who want to feel less stressed and more fulfilled.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes! Coaching sessions are held online, and I work with clients worldwide. Please note that coaching fees are in USD, and no adjustments are made for currency exchange.
