As an educator, I know that teaching is one of the most rewarding professions and that it can also be one of the most stressful. The stress can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I get it because I’ve been there too. Teachers do so much to take care of our students’ emotional resilience. It’s just as important that we do the same for ourselves, because teacher well-being is the heart of classroom well-being.
